This is a not-for-profit blog, devoted to sharing the many DIY things I find myself involved in. If there’s a craft, then I’ve probably done it. I am a young woman living in San Diego, married to a wonderful, devoted husband who is willing to let me take over the living room with my newest interest. We have a 1-year old Pembroke Corgi and a 3-year old cat adopted from the street, who are both sweet crazy. I love making things because, even if I don’t decide to keep the hobby, it gives me a better appreciation of the effort and work that goes into the product.
My current obsessions are sewing, knitting, hand spinning, and home brewing. I am involved in the SCA as Claude Laudin. I’m also a biology student, science nerd, entrepreneur, personal assistant, and computer technician. I wear a lot of hats. Please don’t hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
